Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 31, 2025 - 23:59 JST

IMPORTANT!

  • A general symposium lasts 90 minutes and includes 1 symposium organizer, 1 or 2 Chairs, and 4 presenters. The symposium organizer or chairs may also act as presenters, but if so, they must be listed as such.
  • The standard structure of the 90-minute session consists of:
    Four 20-minute presentations, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.
    However, this can be adjusted, for example, to:
    Four 15-minute presentations, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
  • Symposium abstract should be submitted by January 31, 2025 - 23:59 JST. We encourage you to submit your symposium abstract by the end of November 2024.
  • All presenters’ abstracts must be submitted by May 31, 2025 - 23:59 JST, with the registration fee paid in full.
  • You can edit your abstract until the submission deadline: May 31 (Saturday), 2025, 23:59 JST.
  • When the symposium organizer submits the symposium abstract, the system will generate a submission number. Please share the number with the presenters so they can use it to link their presentations to the symposium.
  • Oral presentations of general subjects: 12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A. Official language is English.
  • Poster Presentations: Poster panels 210 cm high by 90 cm wide will be available at the venue. The dimensions of the poster panel are 150 cm (H) x 90 cm (W).
    Please prepare your poster according to these dimensions.
    - The secretariat will prepare the presentation number (20 cm x 20 cm), but you must prepare the name of your presentation, presenter's name, and affiliation (20 cm x 70 cm) on your own.
    - Rackings will be provided at the poster room.
    - Please bring your own presentation materials. No materials will be accepted or returned by mail.

Symposium organizers

1. Registration account creation

1-1: Create your own account

Fill in your information and create your account

  • You will receive a confirmation email when you created a new account. If you haven’t received the email, your registered email may be invalid or incorrect. Please check your registered email on your profile.
  • Please log in with your ID and password once your account is created.

1-2: Account recovery setting

Passwords are encrypted for security reason. Therefore, the secretary and the operating company Atlas Co. Ltd. cannot check the password. If you can receive emails, you can set a new password. However, if you can no longer reference the email from the email address you registered for logging in because of a job change or transfer, you can no longer log in. If the contact address for account recovery is set, a new password can be set from that contact address and the same account can be used even when the login email address cannot be used. (This step can be skipped, if you don’t need it.)

1-3: Payment Registration

  • Payment is accepted via credit card only
  • You will receive an invoice upon completing the registration

On the second page, please note the following regarding the submission number

  • You are required to enter a submission number. Please enter "xxxxx" in the submission number field and submit. Upon submission, the system will automatically generate a submission number.
  • Please share the submission number with the symposium presenters, so they can enter the number when submitting their presentation abstracts. This will allow us to link the symposium with the individual presentations.

  • You are required to enter a submission number to connect your symposium with its presenters. Please make sure that you obtain the submission number from your symposium organizer.
  • If you don’t have the submission number, please contact the congress secretariat via mail.
