General Information

PRCP&WACP2025 Tokyo will be held on site only and live/on-demand webcast during PRCP&WACP2025 dates is not available.

Please make registration online through PRCP&WACP2025 website. We ask all participants to print out their name badge in A4 size from “My Page” and bring it to the reception at the venue on the day to receive a name card holder. Please keep it with you at all times during the Congress as proof of participation.
*The name badge will be available to print out from "My Page" from September 10.

Official Languages

English and Japanese
* All sessions at PRCP&WACP2025 will be with Ai simultaneous interpretation service. With the feature, Japanese subtitles will appear on the screen when speakers are speaking in English, and English subtitles will appear on the screen when speakers are speaking in Japanese. If you have difficulty reading the subtitles, you can use your own smartphone to view the translated content in your own language.

Three types of lunch boxes will be available on Day3 and Day4.
Lunches are available by advance reservation only. There will be no on-site sales, so please purchase in advance if you wish to have lunch at the venue.

OCHA experience
OCHA experience will be held on Friday, September 26, the second day of the convention. Art Festival
Art can help restore hope and pride to those suffering from mental illness and their families. 'The Heartful Art Festival' will be held as an opportunity to support and present the creative activities of such people. A selection of submitted works will be displayed at the venue. Notes During Session
Please turn all cellular phones and beepers off or on silent mode during the sessions. Taking pictures, recording videos, and using voice recorders are not allowed during any part of the sessions.

Insurance and Liability
The Congress Organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by, or for loss or damage to property belonging to, Congress participants or accompanying persons, either during or as a result of the Congress, or during any tours and events. By registering, participants accept this condition. Participants are strongly advised to obtain insurance coverage for health and accidents, lost luggage, and trip cancellations.

Medical Service
There is no Medical Service available.

Accommodation is not arranged by the Congress Organizers. Please make your own arrangements as soon as possible. A list of recommended hotels is available on the Congress website.
