Lunch During the Congress
Registration for lunch box pre-purchase have now closed. Your reservation (purchase) details will be printed on your name badge, so please show it to the staff when you arrive. If cancellations occur for the luncheon seminars on September 25 and 26, a small number of lunch boxes will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to receive one, please join the standby line in front of the venue. Please kindly note that even with a reservation, your seat will be released if you arrive after the seminar has started. For pre-purchased lunch boxes on September 27 and 28, pick-up will be available in front of Rooms 3 and 4 on the 5th floor. On September 27 and 28, Rooms 3 and 4 will also be open for lunch use exclusively between 12:10 and 13:10.
All lunches during the congress require advance reservation.

Luncheon Seminar Reservation (Free of charge)
Lunch and tea will be provided for participants attending the luncheon seminars on September 25 and 26. If you would like a lunch box, please apply for the luncheon seminar.
• Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 2025
• No changes or cancellations will be accepted after the reservation deadline.
• The reserved lunch will be printed on your name card.
• On the day, please show the reservation section on your name card at the entrance of each seminar room.
• A lunch box and bottled water will be provided.
September 27 (Sat) & September 28 (Sun)
Lunch Box Pre-Purchase (Paid)
On September 27 and 28, three types of lunch boxes will be available for purchase. (Images of lunch boxes are available here.)
• Pre-purchase Deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 2025
• Lunch boxes are available only by advance purchase.
• No on-site sales will be available. Please be sure to purchase in advance if you would like a lunch box.
• Your purchases will be printed on your name card.
• On the day, please show the reservation section on your name card at the lunch box pickup counter.
